Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours (on weekdays) with UPS. Tracking details will be provided once the order is packed.
Pre-orders are shipped as soon as the ordered product arrives in store. Delivery frames are from June until October 1st and from December until April 1st. We are not able to provide exact dates of delivery. If you order multiple items, please contact our Customer Care if directly available items can be shipped before the order is complete.
We offer free Standard shipping within the EU. For other countries, shipping rates are calculated at the end of the checkout. Express shipping is also an option.

Most countries are shipped to on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis. All duties are included in the product price. There will not be any additional fees. You can find the full list of DDP countries in our Legal Mentions.
If the shipping address is in a DAP (Delivered at Place) country, the customer is responsible for payment of the additional duties, upon receiving the order. In any case the package does not get cleared, and returned to us, the costs will be deducted from the refund. If packages are destroyed, the customer is fully responsible. You can return any ordered product within 14 days of delivery, free of charge.
Select the order in your Order History, and create a new return.
Returns should be in their original state, unused and unwashed. In any other case, we have the right to refuse your return, and will ship the item back to you.
All returns should be sent to us in the original packaging.
Size exchanges can be requested at our Customer Care. However, the fastest and most secure method is to purchase the wanted size, and return the other. We do not accept size exchanges during the sales.
For return shipments, we recommend using the provided UPS shipping labels, automatically generated after completing the return form. We are not able to help with shipments using any other services. Please note that we are not responsible for return shipments, until they arrive in our store.
We understand that not all purchases made in our online store can meet your expectations. However, we have the right to refuse any further orders after an excessive amount of repeated returns.
After your return has been accepted, refunds can take up to 14 days to process. Refunds will always be issued to the original method of payment. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
All orders are checked before packaging. If you do receive a damaged product or a defect occurs within 6 months after receipt, please contact Customer Care as soon as possible.
For items purchased at other stores than our Official Online Store or Antwerp Flagship Store, please contact the store of purchase.
